I went here for my first time they were nice and everything but they sold me things I didn’t need said I needed a 275$ cleaning for gingivitis didn’t even give me a cleaning that my insurance covers so I went months until I can get in another place , but my new dentist said I did not have gingivitis . They also did my friends root canal and had severe problems and gave her a silver cap instead of white crown not to mention how many times he had to stick a needle in her jaw 7 times because he could not numb it for one tooth . Our new dentist wants her to go back and get a refund and he did a horrible job for the way he did the root canal . It’s inflamed probably infected she will probably need pull and he just did it last year … they are not good practice. If you need a good dentist go to Conway oaks dental !!!!!

Haven’t been to the dentist in forever because of too many insurance issues, bad experiences, etc. I was nervous going into my first dentist appointment in years but holy wow, this place melted all those worries. The front office lady (sorry, didn’t catch her name) was so freaking nice, Dr. Patel was super hip and chill and didn’t make me feel judged about my lack of flossing, and Claudia the hygienist (teeth cleaner?) was so incredibly nice! She was super gentle, took great care and pride in her work, and patiently talked me through proper flossing and care after. I even waited until my second cleaning to write this review because I figured the first time of this experience might be a fluke, but no. Both times have changed my mind about the dentist and I’m excited to finally be a grown up and have regularly scheduled cleanings every six months! I can’t thank the staff and Dr. Patel enough for completely changing my mind on the dentist as a grown up!

Exceptional Experience! I had an appointment today and I cannot say enough good things about this dentist office. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Dr. Patel, Rachelly, and Vanessa are true professionals and excellent at what they do. They made me feel completely comfortable, cared for, and welcome throughout my entire visit. It is rare to find a team where everyone is so skilled, kind, and dedicated to providing top-notch patient care. If you are looking for a dental office that treats you right and delivers outstanding service, I highly recommend them! Thank you all so much!

I had a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt a genuine level of care and attention that is rare to find. The doctor took the time to thoroughly assess what was going on, including taking X-rays and walking me through everything with clarity and patience. I never felt rushed and every question I had was met with thoughtful explanation. It’s clear that the priority here is not just treatment but understanding and supporting the patient. I left feeling informed, reassured and deeply appreciative of the level of professionalism and care I received. Highly recommend.

Colonialtown Dental is the best! The office staff is always friendly, accommodating, and proactive. The hygienist I have seen is gentle, thorough, and leaves my teeth feeling sparkling clean. Dr Patel is knowledgeable and makes me feel at ease. I have been here several times and the customer service and patient care is always phenomenal. So glad to have found a dental office I can trust. <3
